It's Your Story
A New Way of Doing
ArMa Necessities stems from a place that we all have visited - jealousy, sadness, and irritability.
For us, ‘stressed' has become a common state of mind but the stigma around seeking mental health help remains intact. Based off of established scientific research across multiple studies and daily routine elements, we teach you how to maximize your potential and cognitive performance through minimal lifestyle changes.
We have a vision: To leave this world a happier and more content place than we found it.

We provide a thoughtfully curated collection of creative stationery and household items specially curate techniques for individuals, regardless of lifestyle, for mental relief. That’s why we use products right from your home to boost your mood and cognitively rewire your brain to be happier and more content in the long run.
It’s a new way of thinking - purposeful products with ethical earnings.
3 Key Principles - Global Engagement, Purposeful Products, Ethical Engagement
Global Engagement - we might have graduated from school and college but learning is a lifelong process. The world is a rapidly changing place with innovations making it smaller. However, for some, it is also becoming lonelier. Your feelings are a part of a universal cohort and that’s why ArMa Necessities ensures that our products and stories can transcend borders. Each of us has a story to share and another to learn from that’s why we encourage our users to contribute in any way they can.
Self-care should be a priority, not a luxury.
Purposeful Products - It is not about the product, it is about what it represents. Our products are optimized to boost your mental health with simple techniques that can take as little as 2 minutes. For now, they include gratitude journals, easy-carry bottles, sleep mist, and exercise equipment. As research continues and grows so will our line of products so stay tuned.
One item. Hundred Uses. A million thoughts.
Ethical Earnings - Over 200 million individuals in India suffer from depression according to a 2018 World Health Organization Report. However, due to the stigma associated with mental health in the country, only 10% of these individuals seek help. ArMa Necessities aims to change that by supporting and growing mental health awareness by assigning 50% of our profits to projects and companies that align with our product’s vision.
